Clinics

Energy VBC offers a variety of volleyball clinics throughout the year for different age groups and skill levels.

In addition, Energy VBC Coaches determine if and when Energy VBC athletes would benefit from a clinic or group lesson during club season, and we schedule clinics accordingly during club season. These ad hoc clinics, if scheduled, are one of the benefits of participating in our Elite Club Volleyball program and are not open to athletes who are not registered members of an Energy VBC team during the current club season.

Energy Junior Clinic

March 8 – April 28

The Energy Junior Clinics introduce grade schoolers to the sport of volleyball. These co-ed clinics, designed for 8 to 12-year-olds, provide an introduction to volleyball and teach basic skills and sound fundamentals, building a strong foundation for each child to carry forward to competitve and recreational volleyball alike.

Choose from three Energy Junior Clinics to best fit your schedule. Each Clinic consists of eight weekly sessions held at Energy Sports Complex.

Mondays, 4:00–5:30 P.M., beginning March 8, ending April 26
Tuesdays, 4:00–5:30 P.M., beginning March 9, ending April 27
Wednesdays, 4:00–5:30 P.M., beginning March 10, ending April 28

The Energy Junior Clinic costs $175 per child. This fee covers eight 1½-hour sessions on the day of your choosing. To provide coaching continuity and ensure your child gets the maximum benefit from the clinic, your child must attend the clinic on the same day of the week throughout the clinic's 8-week duration.

Note: Parent or Legal Guardian must sign a waiver on the first day of the registered clinic. Clinic fee is not refundable once waiver has been signed.
