Coach Nick Limjoco brings 11 years of playing experience to
Energy VBC. Coach Nick played all four years at Niles West High
School and also one year with Adversity South VBC. He served as
co-captain to both his senior team at Niles West and 16U team at
Adversity South. Nick has played every position but his
primary positions are setting, opposite, and middle.
Coach Nick is USAV IMPACT certified and also ASEP certified. He
has 3 years of coaching prior to Energy VBC. He coached at
Velocity Volleyball Club — 14U North (‘07), 15U South (‘08), and
14U South (‘09), ran clinics through Velocity for 6th–8th grade
girls and 16U, and also at Notre Dame College Prep — Freshman B
Assistant Coach (‘07), Freshman A Head Coach (‘08), and Sophomore
Head Coach (‘09).
Coach Nick also attended a setting clinic taught by Charlene
Johnson-Tagaloa who was a member of the U.S. National team from
1997–2001 (1997–2000 starting setter) and the assistant coach
for the University of Nebraska (2003–2006).
