Coach Keporos has a passion for the game of volleyball that began when
she was ten years old. Growing up, she played for Sports Performance Volleyball Club,
Lions Juniors, and 1st Alliance Volleyball Club.
Coach Keporos went to Downers Grove
North High School, where she played four years of Varsity Volleyball. She
then got the opportunity to continue her playing career, playing for four years at
Northwestern University.
Once her playing days were behind her, it was an
easy decision to enter the coaching field. Coach Keporos had the opportunity to coach
youth volleyball at St. Alphonsus Academy in Chicago last year. She has also
coached Wildcat Juniors Volleyball Club in Evanston, where she was the head
coach of the 12- and 15-year-old teams. Prior to that, she assisted all levels
of the North Shore Volleyball Program in 2009.
Coach Keporos is currently the North
Shore Country Day Head Girls’ Varsity Volleyball Coach.
