Gina Heiderman
Coach, Girls’
Coach Gina played volleyball at the collegiate NCAA Division I level from 2004–2008. From 2004–2006 she played at the University of Dayton and then transferred to the University of Connecticut to play for the Huskies from 2006–2008. During her collegiate career she played middle blocker, made two NCAA tournament appearances with the team at Dayton, and received multiple honors at UConn.
Coach Gina brings over 10 years of playing experience and volleyball knowledge to Energy VBC. She has been coaching volleyball for four years. While in Connecticut she coached the Girls’ 18 regional team for Husky Juniors Volleyball Club. In 2009 she was the assistant varsity coach at Regina Dominican High School.
This is Coach Gina’s third year with Energy VBC. In 2008 she coached the Girls’ 17 Lime team, and in 2009 she coached the Girls’ 15 Blue team.
